EU Customers

We offer free delivery on all shipments within EU delivered to a local post office / pick-up location or private or company address.

Your goods will be dispatched from our warehouse in Denmark within 1-3 working days as a single delivery. Orders placed before 10am are expected delivery within 2 working days. During sale season longer delivery may take place.

Please note that goods are available subject to availability and some items may be sold out at the time of ordering.

We partner with professional shipping carriers to dispatch deliveries within Europe. Depending on your location, deliveries may be handled by carriers such as GLS, Bring or UPS.

Deliveries outside EU

When delivering outside of EU we are subject to the terms and conditions of the local delivery service in question. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific time of delivery for orders outside Europe.

Delivery costs for shipments outside EU:

• United States: EUR 55,-
• Canada: EUR 55,-
• Norway, England, Switzerland: EUR 55,-

Please note: Playboy-footwear.com is not responsible for any local customs or taxes incurred after delivery leaves Denmark. When ordering goods from our site for delivery overseas you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which are levied once the order reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.  We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Contact your local customs office for further information. If these charges are unpaid, your order may be returned to us and we will be unable to refund shipping costs. There may also be costs associated with the return to us, which will be deducted from any refund value.  In certain situations your order may be destroyed by customs if duties and taxes are not paid. In this instance, we cannot refund product or shipping costs for these reasons.

Proper shoe care will help extend the life of your footwear and keep them looking their best. Follow the care instructions below based on the material of your shoes.

Please note: Footwear is designed to be used according to weather conditions. Exposure to rain, snow, mud, and other environmental factors can naturally affect the appearance and durability of shoes. Regular maintenance and proper care are therefore recommended.

Leather
Leather is a natural material that benefits from regular care.

Care instructions:
•    Wipe shoes with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dirt.
•    Use a leather cleaner or mild soap when necessary.
•    Apply leather conditioner or cream to keep the leather soft and prevent cracking.
•    Polish if desired to restore shine.
•    Allow shoes to dry naturally at room temperature if they become wet.

Avoid:
Do not machine wash and avoid direct heat sources such as radiators or hair dryers.

Suede & Nubuck
Suede and nubuck are delicate materials with a soft surface.

Care instructions:
•    Use a suede brush to remove dirt and restore the nap.
•    For stains, use a suede eraser or specialized suede cleaner.
•    Apply a protective spray designed for suede before first use and regularly afterwards.
•    Allow shoes to air dry if wet.

Avoid:
Do not use water or liquid cleaners unless specifically designed for suede or nubuck.

Textile / Fabric (Canvas, Knit, Mesh)
Textile materials are lightweight but can absorb dirt and moisture.

Care instructions:
•    Remove loose dirt with a soft brush.
•    Clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent if needed.
•    Allow shoes to air dry completely before wearing again.

Avoid:
Do not use bleach or strong cleaning products.

Synthetic / Faux Leather
Synthetic materials are generally easy to maintain.

Care instructions:
•    Wipe with a damp cloth to remove dirt.
•    Use mild soap if necessary.
•    Allow shoes to air dry.

Avoid:
Avoid harsh chemicals and machine washing unless the product specifically states it is safe.

Rubber
Rubber is commonly used in soles and waterproof footwear.

Care instructions:
•    Clean with warm water and mild soap.
•    Use a cloth or soft brush to remove dirt.
•    Dry with a towel and allow to air dry.

Waterproof Materials (Waterproof Membranes)
Care instructions:
•    Clean regularly with a damp cloth or soft brush.
•    Use waterproof spray when recommended.
•    Allow shoes to dry naturally after exposure to moisture.

Avoid:
Do not use fabric softeners or harsh detergents as they may damage waterproof properties.

General Care Tips
•    Store shoes in a cool, dry place.
•    Use shoe trees to help maintain the shape of leather shoes.
•    Rotate your shoes and allow them to dry between wears.
•    Clean shoes regularly to prevent buildup of dirt and stains.
•    Always follow any specific care instructions provided with your product.
