Returns
You may off course always return or exchange your pair of shoes or boots bought at playboy-footwear.com.

Remember that the shoes or boots must be returned within 14 days after receipt in accordance with Danish law. When you return your purchase, the product(s) must be in the same condition, as when you received it. The purchase should be returned in its original or other type of outer packaging in order to avoid damage to the shoes and shoe box. If the product and/or shoe box has been handled in a way that goes beyond the necessary measures to determine the functionality and features of the product, the purchase amount will be reduced partly according to Danish law.

You must enclose the invoice that came with the order. The costs of return are at the customers own expense. When returning your parcel via post, please enclose the attached invoice. Please note that the parcel must be sent to the following return address:

Playboy-Footwear will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, after we have received the product(s) and ensured that the returned goods match the requirements for the return of goods and purchase cancellation legislation. We credit return goods upon receipt, and therefore you will receive the purchase amount, at the earliest, the following day, after we have received your returned product(s). If you have paid by Mastercard or Visa Electron, please note that it may take 2 weeks in addition.

Claims
As a consumer, you have a 2-year guarantee period during which you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in price, depending on the situation. This assumes that the claim against the guarantee is valid. It is, however, conditioned of the guarantee that the damage to the goods is not due to misuse of the product or other causes of damage. The claim must be made within a reasonable period after you have discovered the damage. Two months after the damage has occurred is normally seen as a reasonable period. If the claim is considered valid, we will refund all reasonable costs incurred in returning the product.

If you wish to make a claim under the guarantee, the product must be returned to the following address. Important: The parcel must be marked “Standard Post”.

When you return an item(s), please give as much information as possible about the problem. This helps our case management and minimizes administration time.

Refund of reasonable postage costs with valid claims
If your claim is considered valid, we will naturally refund your postage costs within reason. If your claim is considered unfounded, we will send the goods back. You will have to pay all costs yourself.

Please ensure that the returned goods are carefully packaged and get a proof of postage receipt. Remember that you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us so keep your proof of postage somewhere safe, so
you can track the parcel if necessary.

Please note that we do not accept and will not pay for parcels returned COD.
